Rabbi Levi Dubrawsky 

Co-Founder &  Executive Director

Rabbi Dubrawsky is a Dallas-native and has always been passionate about building community in his hometown.  After attending high school in London and Paris, Rabbi Dubrawsky received his rabbinical degree from the Central Lubavitch Yeshiva. 

In 2016, he and his wife, Leah, founded Friendship Circle of Dallas to create a space where individuals with and without disabilities could share meaningful experiences. Rabbi Dubrawsky finds immense joy in witnessing the power of friendship and the positive impact it has on all participants.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Leah attended an inclusive school, where she developed a passion for engaging disabled individuals from a young age. She also gained invaluable experience in program development and member coordination during her two years at the Friendship Circle of Pittsburgh. 

Leah’s unwavering commitment to creating a vibrant and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities has made her a recognized advocate for disability inclusion in the Dallas community.

 

 

 

 

Tova Dower, BSW, RBT

Manager, Programs & Engagement

Tova joined Friendship Circle of Dallas in August 2022, initially supporting youth programming while pursuing her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington.  With a background as an Early Childhood Educator and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Tova brings strong skills in communication and developing engaging activities for individuals with diverse needs. 

In her new role, which she began in December 2024, Tova is excited to engage the broader community in Friendship Circle’s mission and promote a strengths-based perspective on disability.
